The client, a long-established Japanese manufacturing enterprise with operations in Vietnam, Mexico, and other countries, sought to modernize factory management through a conversation-based information retrieval system. Their goal was to enable floor managers and supervisors to access operational data using natural language in multiple languages (Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Spanish), without navigating complex ERP/MES systems or SQL dashboards.
